Audiovisual installation that explores the imaginary of Luis Buñuel’s cinema with an approach between found footage and video essay. Made for the exhibition The dream of the hare. The cinema of Luis Buñuel and Gabriel Figueroa (Filmoteca de Catalunya, 2023), based on an initial idea by the curators: Héctor Orozco and Javier Espada..

The 28-minute montage explores themes and motifs from the films of Buñuel’s Mexican period, such as dreams, animals, violence or the male gaze.

The installation consists of a 10-metre screen, built expressly for the exhibition, divided into five synchronised projections.
